Serendipity3

I have a sudden craving for something sweet. If only I can teleport..

This place is really pretty and it reminds me of Alice in Wonderland.

Frozen Hot Chocolate

I think the name is so cute because it's so ironic. Definitely one of the best chocolate drink I've ever had!

Cheesecake Sundae

This is what I really need now to satisfy my craving. A big slice of cheesecake with scoops of strawberry and raspberry ice cream topped with whipped cream and strawberry sauce!

I finally have time to bake! Couldn't wait to try out this recipe and it's my first time baking chocolate cookies. The cookies turned out to be chewy and super chocolatey! I love it and this totally satisfied my chocolate craving!

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups plain flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

2 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

1 cup chocolate chips

preheat oven at 190°C

1) mix the flour, cocoa and baking soda together.

2) beat together the vegetable oil, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a separate bowl, then beat in the eggs.

3) make a well in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.

4) add in the chocolate chips and mix well.

5) roll tablespoons of batter into balls and place on cookie sheet

bake for 10 mins

makes about 4 dozen
